Grand Opening Welcome!

Welcome to Secret of the Stars everyone!! We're an Across the Universe Fansite.  The title comes from Amy's line near the end of the book: " Maybe the secret of the stars has nothing to do with being alone." It comes at a very emotional time in the book when Amy comes to a realization and makes a decision on how she will move forward. This line also applies here because the point of this site is to get readers to come together to discuss the book, our experience in reading it and the emotions that it entailed. We also want readers to come together to show support for Beth Revis, the author of this beautiful and soulful book. That's why we're here. So none of us has to be alone in our experience of this series. Books are better when they're shared. Please come share with us! For our Grand Opening we have a number of events going on. There's the giveaway of a hardcover copy of Across the Universe as part of the Freedom Giveaway Hop (you'll find the graphic and link on the right hand side). The giveaway runs July 1st through the 7th. Starting July 5th we'll be doing our Read Along of Across the Universe. So, please join us for that. Get your hands on a copy any which way you can (you can buy it off the shelf at most bookstores or check your library or get an audiobook on Audible.com) because there will be prizes! Check out the Read Along page for all the details. Feel free to look around, we're still settling in but we're hoping that you'll all join us for the events this month. Thanks so much for stopping by and following if you choose to!

And THANK YOU Beth Revis, most of all, for creating this world and these characters and for sharing them with us!! You are the best!
